Will you be the leading light in delivering insights, solutions and support across our Children's Services?

Join Our Team as a Digital Co-ordinator

Working within our Insights Team, you will take the lead on delivering proactive solutions and digital provisions to colleagues and families across Children's Services.

The Children's Services Digital Coordinator will play a crucial role in optimising the digital offer for parents, carers, children and young people, ensuring that families can access up to date information, advice and guidance tailored to their needs, enhancing customer experiences, and driving data and service user informed decision-making.

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children, young people, and families? We are looking for a dedicated Digital Co-ordinator to work within the Insights team, working alongside children's services and communications colleagues in optimising our digital offer and marketing solutions.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that families have access to up-to-date information, advice, and guidance tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance the digital experience for parents, carers, children, and young people.
  • Develop and implement new digital solutions to support families in accessing council services and wider support.
  • Drive and measure digital campaigns and marketing activity.
  • Improve customer feedback mechanisms and satisfaction measurement.
