Role: Digital Content & UGC Lead

This role requires a strategic problem solver, an effective collaborator, and someone passionate about content and its impact on e-commerce success.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive Content Strategy and Lead POCs/POVs: Understand the value of content and UGC in SEO and customer journey, leading initiatives to improve ROI, including collaborations with external partners.
  2. Encourage collaboration to define digital product content standards and monitor performance.
  3. Utilize research, analysis, and a test-and-learn approach to inform decisions, drive continuous improvements, and benchmark externally against market trends and innovations.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Group Teams to review content performance and standards, fostering a sharing environment for insights and best practices.
  • Develop and improve the content effectiveness measurement framework, including metrics for content and UGC, and benchmark against the market.
  • Manage relationships with key third-party partners, driving strategic roadmaps and ensuring maximum value and ROI.
  • Partner with teams to prioritize testing (MVT, AB, controlled experiments) and ensure results inform decision-making.
  • Drive operational efficiency by sharing standard processes and fostering innovation in content and UGC management.
  • Lead POCs/POVs to test new capabilities, ensuring robust measurement for evaluating success.
  • Stay informed on market trends, emerging technologies, and channels to support future growth and innovation.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven expertise in digital data and content disciplines, including content & UGC strategy within e-commerce.
  • Experience delivering operational and business change with measurable benefits.
  • Knowledge of content optimization programs and measurement frameworks for KPIs and insights.
  • Experience in A/B testing and test-and-learn methodologies.
  • Background working in multi-national, agile, fast-paced environments, facilitating effective collaboration across remote teams.
