We are seeking a Digital Content Strategist to bring innovative ideas, digital expertise, and audience-focused strategies to our Farmers Weekly portfolio.
Enjoy a hybrid working model with three days a week in our Sutton (Greater London) office, promoting connection and creativity. The salary is up to £40,000 (DOE) plus company benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy & Experimentation
- Lead content experiments to increase engagement among target demographics.
- Collaborate with editorial, product, and data teams to test formats, topics, and delivery channels (web, app, email, social).
- Use insights from experiments to refine our online content strategy.
Audience-Led Content Curation & Creation- Identify content needs and curate experiences for key personas (e.g., contractors, agronomists).
- Work with content teams to develop collections, features, and regular updates.
- Collaborate with editors to select, package, and promote relevant content to maximize engagement.
- Support social media and web content production by sourcing and quality-checking content.
Quality Assurance & Workflow Design- Establish and maintain a streamlined QA process for all online content.
- Work with editors to set content guidelines and performance standards.
- Embed quality into scalable workflows to reduce bottlenecks.
