Mamas & Papas Limited is seeking a Digital Content Manager to enhance their online experience for new and expectant parents. This role involves coordinating various digital functions to ensure optimal product offerings and customer journeys, contributing to the brand's growth and community impact.

Our MamasandPapas.com online experience has led the way through these times and beyond, with a focus on look, feel, content, and support within our website and the recently launched Mamas & Papas App. We aim to change the way baby products are bought online, putting the customer first, their way.
Through continued growth and internal promotion, we are looking to recruit a Digital Content Manager.
This role is central to our online digital buying experience. It involves coordinating multiple functions such as Digital Trading, Digital Marketing, UX, and Development to ensure we have the right products, offerings, and services in the right place, at the right time, and in the right way online and via our App. The goal is to maximize the customer journey and position Mamas & Papas as the nursery brand of choice, reflecting our purpose to its fullest.
