Job summary

TJX Europe in Watford, United Kingdom, is seeking a Digital Content Manager on a 12-month FTC maternity cover to plan, develop and implement digital content for the TK Maxx brand across UK, Germany and Austria. The role includes line management of Digital Content Officers and Assistants within our Digital Content team, part of Digital Commerce.

You’ll work with Marketing to ensure content aligns with omnichannel strategies, brand guidelines and trading priorities while enhancing site and app

Qualifications

• Experience with content management systems in an ecommerce environment.
• Strong commercial focus with ability to analyze website analytics and report findings.
• Excellent influencing and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage Digital Content Officers and Assistants day-to-day workloads.
• Define online content strategy with European Content Manager.
• Translate monthly trading calendar into content plans for UK/DE/AT.
• Ensure CMS content for websites and apps aligns with strategy and brand.
• Collaborate with Marketing on omnichannel and SEO strategies.
• Review KPI data and generate weekly content reports.
