Overview

Location: Lancaster. Open to flexible working arrangements e.g. flexible start/finish times and blended remote/office working (typically four days on campus, one day working from home if desired).

Responsibilities

We are looking for an innovative Digital Content Lead with exceptional digital, technical and organisational skills and experience of successfully managing information services within a complex organisation.

  • As Digital Content Lead you will ensure successful development, improvement and management of the online ASK digital student information service, delivered through the student online Portal and iLancaster, the University\'s dedicated mobile app.
  • You will support stakeholders across the university to develop digital content and manage content quality standards, define guidance and deliver training for use of the online ASK in the Portal and iLancaster services.
  • You will act as a primary point of contact for local content editors across professional services divisions, faculties, academic departments and the Students\' Union and will need to be able to establish productive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
Contract

This post is offered on a fixed-term basis for 6 months in the first instance.

This role would also be an excellent secondment opportunity for existing employees.
