Overview

The Digital Content Executive - B2B role will be responsible for crafting and implementing content strategies. This permanent role offers hybrid working, with 3 days per week on-site.

Client Details

Our client is a market leading logistics and supply chain specialist based in Warrington. With over 100+ depots and a workforce of 10,000+ employees, they are looking for a digital content expert to join the team.

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of all digital channels, including social media, websites, and intranet.
  • Create, plan, and execute a social media schedule across multiple platforms, including posts, stories, and live content.
  • Develop and deliver digital campaigns that align with business objectives, collaborating with subject matter experts to strategically plan and schedule content.
  • Produce eye-catching digital media content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather news, updates, and success stories that highlight organisational achievements.
  • Manage and update company websites through CMS, promoting services and culture to drive engagement and industry recognition.
  • Stay up to date with digital trends, best practices, and tactics, feeding insights into wider strategy.
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign success and ROI, supporting business development by generating new leads.
  • Suggest and implement new approaches to increase follower growth, engagement, and reach.
  • Monitor and report on social media performance using recognised industry tools.
Profile
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar digital content role.
  • B2B marketing experience is preferred.
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content for varied audiences.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience across social media platforms, websites, and intranets.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing best practices, including SEO, PPC, and paid digital strategies is advantageous.
  • A keen interest in digital trends and new technologies.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CMS platforms.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder communication abilities.
