The Role:
- Creation, publishing, and maintenance of all Mulberry.com homepages and landing pages with regional variations as applicable.
- Assisting the Content Manager in managing visual content for Mulberry's online presence to maximize sales, customized by country/region/customer where applicable.
- Managing ecommerce product page imagery, including uploading and review.
- Building and publishing digital store and Mulberry World brand storytelling content.
- Supporting the Content Manager to ensure a consistent, on-brand digital experience aligned with strategic business needs.
- Working in a hybrid environment, with 3 days in the office.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing Mulberry.com daily operations, including briefing the Image Team for content assets and maintaining site navigation for campaigns and trade timings.
- Creating and updating content pages such as Customer Services, About Mulberry, Made To Last, and Terms & Conditions.
- Building and applying editorial modules on PDPs to support customer journey and brand storytelling.
- Maintaining the Mulberry World journal area with seasonal content and brand stories.
- Managing store locator information, updating hours and departments.
Supporting the Content Manager:
- Executing the global digital visual strategy.
- Rolling out regional visual strategies for homepages, landing pages, and banners in coordination with marketing calendars.
- Ensuring homepage plans support commercial goals.
- Analyzing content performance for insights and recommendations.
- Collaborating with Digital Marketing Teams and attending creative meetings for key marketing events.
- Communicating with international Regional Teams to accommodate variations and priorities.
Management of Product Ecommerce Imagery:
- Ensuring new season product images are correctly coded and uploaded, identifying additional photography needs.
- Managing product imagery requests and tracking outstanding shoots.
- Working with the Digital Trading, Buying & Merchandising, and Brand Image Teams to coordinate product content and imagery readiness.
- Supporting the Photo Studio with tracking and ensuring all new products have complete online content for all territories.
Other Activities:
- Enhancing web journey and user experience understanding and improvements.
- Analyzing customer travel paths and proposing presentation strategies.
- Managing or assisting with ad-hoc digital projects.
