We're looking for a Digital Content Designer to join a fast-paced, forward-thinking marketing team where creativity and commercial thinking go hand in hand.

This is an opportunity to work with one of the UK's most respected and design-led trade publishers-renowned for producing beautiful, high-quality editions and celebrating the art of the book. In this varied and rewarding role, you'll work across everything from digital campaigns and product launches to in-house photography and video editing. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and love bringing brand stories to life through design, this could be your next exciting move.

The salary bracket is £30, - £35, and the role requires a minimum of 3 days per week in the London office, with the remaining 2 days working from home.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of the marketing team, you'll produce engaging and effective design work across a wide range of channels. Your day-to-day tasks will include designing and artworking assets for social media, email campaigns, homepage banners and paid advertising. You'll play a key role in seasonal campaigns and product launches, consistently applying brand guidelines while finding ways to push creative boundaries.

You'll support with photography by assisting on in-house shoots, retouching images, and helping to expand our creative capabilities. From developing photography briefs to managing and organising our asset library, you'll help ensure our visual content is always on-brand and high quality.

In addition, you'll create short-form video content for use across social media platforms and contribute to video editing for campaigns. You'll also help brief and support external video suppliers when needed.

Production and administrative tasks are also part of the role. This includes supporting print production for direct mail campaigns, managing design files and product databases, and raising invoices. Your organisational skills will help keep the marketing team running smoothly.

What You'll Need

·A portfolio showcasing strong digital design work (print experience a bonus)
·Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
·Confidence in photography and image editing
·Experience with video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro)
·Great attention to detail and a strong eye for layout and visual hierarchy
·Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
