About The Role

We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Content Creator to join our newly created dynamic internal communications team based in Manchester. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and presenting digital content across various platforms to communicate with our colleagues internally and engage them with innovative, vibrant and fresh content daily. Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, engaging videos for our WhatsApp channels and internal digital channels.
• Design, script and present high impact video content to a remote workforce of 1000 colleagues.
• Collaborate with the retail leadership team to plan and produce content that supports the retail vision to deliver motivating and engaging content.
• Monitor all content to ensure it is on message and is up to date within a quick changing commercial environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Digital Content Creator or similar role.
• Strong portfolio of published content showcasing creativity and versatility.
• Comfortable in front of the camera presenting in an engaging manner.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with graphic design and video editing software.
• Experience with filming content.
