SNG (Sovereign Network Group) was formed in October 2023 through the merger of Sovereign and Network Homes.Our purpose is to provide good, affordable homes. We provide over 84,000 homes and invest in communities across the South, West and East of England, including London, as well as aiming to create thousands of new affordable homes every year.We're looking for a talented and imaginative Digital Content Creator to join our in-house Creative Studio and help bring our brand to life through powerful, engaging, and visually compelling content.Working closely with the Creative Studio Manager, you'll be a key part of how we tell our stories across internal and external channels - from short-form video and animation to impactful graphics and digital campaigns.This is a hands-on, creative role where no two days are the same. • Produce high-quality digital content including video, animation, graphics, GIFs, and motion assets.
• Film and edit interviews, events, and on-location shoots, transforming raw footage into polished content.
• Bring campaigns and messaging to life through strong visual storytelling.
• Design assets in line with the SNG brand across internal platforms, social media, and customer channels.
• Tailor and repurpose content for a variety of formats and audiences.
• Work with stakeholders to interpret briefs and deliver bold, innovative creative content.
• Support internal publishing across intranet, Teams, digital screens, and all-colleague emails.
• Contribute fresh ideas and formats to keep content feeling modern and engaging.
• Help develop templates, toolkits, and guides for wider teams to create basic visuals.
• Keep up to date with trends in content, video styles, and creative platforms.
  
  Experience in digital content creation, videography, animation or motion design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing short-form and long-form video and motion work.
• Confident in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Skilled in using DSLR cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for quality filming.
• Excellent eye for visual storytelling and narrative-driven content.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
