Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury is seeking a Digital Content Assistant to bring our brand magic online. You’ll support launches, activations and day‑to‑day updates, ensuring content is accurate and engaging across digital touchpoints.

You’ll work closely with Digital Content and E‑commerce Trade to deliver seamless product launches, optimised landing pages and market‑specific site translations. A 9‑month FTC in London awaits a proactive, detail‑driven marketer.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education required.
• 1+ year experience in Digital/E-commerce and CMS (Contentful a plus).
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-project environment with shifting priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support CMS activity as a superuser, creating and updating website and app content.
• Lead setup and maintenance of PDPs and PLPs for product launches and activations.
• Localise content for international markets with the Translation team.
• Make daily updates to app home and shop pages across locales to keep content engaging.
• Collaborate with Digital Content to deliver NPD launches and seasonal offers, ensuring assets are uploaded to CMS on time.
• Create landing pages aligned with campaigns and business needs.
• Assist with monthly site/app audits to ensure assets are rights‑compliant and refreshed.
• Work with E‑commerce Trade to optimise content for commercial performance.

About the role

As Digital Content Assistant, you will help bring Charlotte Tilbury’s magic to life online. Supporting new product launches, brand activations and day‑to‑day updates, you’ll ensure content is accurate, engaging and built on time. Working closely with Digital Content and E‑commerce Trade teams, you’ll help create inspiring customer journeys that drive commercial performance.

As a Digital Content Assistant you will

• Support CMS (Contentful) activity as a superuser, assisting with the creation, updates, and maintenance of website and app content.
• Lead on the setup and maintenance Product Detail Pages (PDPs) and Product Listing Pages (PLPs) for new product launches and business‑as‑usual activations.
• Work with the Digital Translation team to ensure designated site and app areas are localised for international markets.
• Execute daily updates to the app home and shop pages, across all locales, ensuring content is commercial and engaging.
• Collaborate with the wider Digital Content team to deliver seamless NPD product launches and seasonal offers ensuring all assets are uploaded to the CMS on time.
• Support the creation of landing pages aligned with campaign and business requirements.
• Support monthly site and app audits, ensuring content assets (imagery, copy, video) are rights‑compliant and seasonally refreshed.
• Collaborate with the eCommerce Trade team to help optimise content for commercial performance.

About you

• Educated to degree level
• 1+ year experience working in Digital/E-commerce and specifically with a CMS (Contentful a plus)
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, continually adapting environment with multiple moving projects and targets
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage own time is imperative
• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
• Genuine, patient, malleable, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
• An innovative, limitless thinker and problem solver
• Eager to learn and values continued self‑development
