We’re looking for a skilled digital native to help us evolve.

Role Overview

This is not a junior assistant gig. We’re looking for a proficient content creator who understands brand tone, storytelling, and visual flow — and knows how to leverage AI tools to build faster, smarter and sharper digital assets. You’ll be involved in content ideation, creation, and implementation for CrozNest and our luxury hair and beauty clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling, brand-aligned social content using AI-powered tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Canva Magic, Runway, Descript, CapCut, Adobe Firefly etc.)

• Script, storyboard, and edit short-form video content for social (Instagram Reels, TikTok, etc.)

• Write high-performing captions, hooks, and newsletter copy using a blend of AI and strategic insight

• Repurpose and optimise content for different platforms (IG, TikTok, blogs, email)

• Collaborate on marketing strategy, trend reports, and creative pitches

• Monitor performance analytics and contribute to content iteration cycles

You’ll Need

• Fluency in using AI tools to support workflow (not just ChatGPT – you experiment)

• Strong design and visual storytelling skills (Canva, CapCut or Adobe preferred)

• A strategic mindset – you understand the “why” behind the content

• Great copywriting instincts, especially for luxury/fashion/beauty tone of voice

• Solid organisational skills and a proactive, self-led attitude.

Bonus Points For

• Experience working with beauty, hair or fashion clients

• Knowledge of SEO, email marketing or basic automation tools (e.g. Zapier, Mailchimp, Notion)

• Being an early adopter of emerging creative AI platforms
