Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

• Creating digital strategies based on analysis to transform sports organizations.
• Clarifying strategic and operational issues through consultation, interviews, and workshops.
• Analyzing data to identify trends and develop strategic recommendations.
• Identifying revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention opportunities for IMG clients and providing relevant advice.
• Business modeling, growth forecasting, and financial planning.
• Preparing client reports and presenting findings to senior management.
• Resource planning, project management, and tracking milestones.
• Supporting business development through responding to RFPs, proposals, and business modeling.
• Building relationships with key stakeholders in the sports industry, developing solutions to complex problems, and responding to tenders.
• Keeping abreast of digital trends and sharing insights with teams and clients.
• Collaborating with teams to achieve strategic goals.
• Representing IMG professionally and maintaining a positive image.

You Will Have The Following Strengths:

• Hands-on experience with digital platforms, martech, data & CRM, digital innovation, and transformation.
• Experience leading digital operations within organizations.
• Technical savviness and passion for digital trends.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google, Meta, Tableau).
• Experience working in European, US, and Asian markets.
• Excellent client-facing skills and stakeholder management experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with M365, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
