A leading tier 1 contractor in London seeks a Senior BIM Coordinator to lead digital project delivery and ensure best practices. Qualifications

• Must have experience with ISO 19650 documents.
• Knowledge of Solibri is preferred.
• Ability to discuss openBIM standards like IFC and COBie.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

• Good understanding of the ISO 19650 series of documents
• Some knowledge and understanding of Solibri
• Can discuss openBIM standards such as IFC and COBie to support information interoperability
• Understanding and experience of appropriate software tools to view and interrogate models
• Good level of FM knowledge and strong initiative

NICE TO HAVE EXPERIENCE(but not essential):

• COBie delivery;

• On-site project BIM project delivery;

• Project handover.

SALARY

Up to £44k + travel
