Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London are seeking an experienced Digital Construction Coordinator to join their team in London. You will drive digital construction delivery across major projects, working with design teams, consultants and supply chain partners to implement BIM processes and information management standards.

You will lead BEP/EIR development, coordinate model delivery and COBie, and provide guidance and training on BIM tools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Digital Construction / BIM Management role in construction.
• Strong knowledge of design coordination and clash detection.
• Good working knowledge of COBie and information management.
• Strong understanding of BIM processes, BEPs, EIRs and ISO 19650 principles.
• Experience with multidisciplinary design teams, consultants and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive digital adoption and support project teams in BIM processes.
• Proactive approach with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate digital construction and BIM activities across projects.
• Manage and support design coordination and clash detection processes.
• Work with design teams, consultants and subcontractors to resolve design issues.
• Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and Employer's Information Requirements (EIRs).
• Manage project information and ensure compliance with digital standards and procedures.
• Coordinate the delivery and federation of models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the implementation of COBie and ensure information requirements are met.
• Provide guidance and training to project teams on BIM and digital construction processes.
• Promote the adoption of digital construction technologies and drive continuous improvement.
• Produce regular progress updates and reports relating to digital construction delivery.
• Work with project and design teams to ensure digital requirements are incorporated into tender and construction processes.

We are currently working with a leading main contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Digital Construction Coordinator to join their team in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced digital construction professional to take a key role in supporting the successful delivery of BIM and digital construction across major projects.

The Role:

As Digital Construction Coordinator you will be responsible for driving digital construction delivery throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with project teams, designers, consultants and supply chain partners.

You will play a key role in ensuring BIM processes, information management standards and digital delivery strategies are implemented effectively across projects.
