Job summary

Riverlane in Cambridge, UK is seeking a Digital Communications Associate to maximise reach and impact of our communications across digital channels. You will report to the Head of Communications and help plan, publish and measure digital activity.

You will own Riverlane's digital channels, maintain an integrated content calendar, coordinate publication, and use performance insights to improve our online presence.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in digital communications or content marketing.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Experience managing digital channels and content calendars.
• Experience publishing website content using a content management system (CMS).
• Familiarity with email marketing, analytics and digital reporting tools.
• Understanding of SEO principles and interest in AI-search trends.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Collaborative, proactive approach in fast-moving technology environment.
• Bonus: experience in B2B technology or scientific communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage Riverlane's social media channels (LinkedIn, Bluesky).
• Maintain an integrated content calendar across social, web, and newsletters.
• Publish and promote content for announcements, partnerships, product launches, events.
• Support production and delivery of newsletters and emails.
• Publish content across Riverlane's website and other owned digital channels.
• Support SEO and AI-search optimisation through content improvements.
• Track channel performance and audience engagement.
• Help grow Riverlane's digital channels, including video and emerging platforms.
