An exciting opportunity to join the North West Ambulance Service Charity has arisen. We’re looking for a proactive, motivated Digital Communications Officer to join our charity team.
The NWAS Charity exists to provide life-saving equipment to communities across the North West and to ensure that our staff's health and wellbeing are at the heart of everything we do, so that our heroes in green are at their best to deliver the best possible outcomes for patients.
The new Digital Communications Officer will help to raise the profile of our small but thriving charity. We are seeking someone with creativity to develop accurate, engaging, and compelling narratives to inspire supporters both internally across the Trust and externally across the Northwest of England, utilizing all digital channels—specifically the website, intranet, social media, and Enews.
We provide 24/7 emergency services, including accident and emergency response, non-emergency patient transport, and major incident management. We also deliver the NHS 111 service in the North West, providing non-emergency medical help 24/7.
