Pact is seeking a Digital Communications Officer in the United Kingdom to lead social media and website strategy, craft compelling content, and measure impact. You will visit services to meet people behind Pact's work and collaborate with a small, ambitious team.
You will develop stories from colleagues, volunteers and service users, use analytics to improve performance, and support internal communications and website development. A genuine interest in Pact's mission is essential.
This is a rare chance to use your digital skills to tell stories that genuinely matter — and to help shape how a growing charity communicates its impact. As part of a small, ambitious team, you will lead projects, introduce new ideas, and visit services to meet the people behind Pact's work first-hand.
Pact is a respected independent charity working across England and Wales. We provide practical and emotional support to prisoners' children and families, to prisoners, and to those resettling back into the community. Pact is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes all applications, including those with a criminal conviction (appointment to post is subject to a risk assessment).
This post is subject to a 6-month probationary period, verification of identity and proven right to work in the UK, satisfactory references covering a 5-year period, and declaration of any unspent criminal convictions (and where appropriate a satisfactory risk assessment).
