Digital Communications Manager – EdTech Enablement ??

Join a global education group supporting over 100 schools across 25+ countries as they scale the use of digital learning tools. This newly scoped role sits at the intersection of internal communications, stakeholder engagement, and digital adoption, ensuring school staff are informed, supported, and inspired as new EdTech platforms roll out.

You’ll be the go-to person for creating consistent, inclusive communications that engage teachers, school leaders, and internal team, turning change into a collaborative journey and empowering schools to confidently engage families and communities.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own internal communications and messaging strategy for EdTech initiatives across a global school network
  • Create clear, engaging communications content ,newsletters, updates, toolkits, town halls, to support rollout at every stage
  • Define and manage communication channels, cadence, and campaign planning to ensure timely and aligned messaging
  • Collaborate with marketing, training, and school leadership to align comms with programme goals and culture
  • Lead feedback loops: coordinate check-ins, surveys, forums, and comms champions to ensure user voice informs improvements
  • Translate complex EdTech changes into accessible, actionable content tailored to staff, students, and parents
  • Coordinate a global training communications calendar and maintain intranet and internal platforms
  • Use engagement metrics and user feedback to continuously optimise messaging and delivery

What they’re looking for:

  • 4–5 years’ experience in internal or strategic communications, ideally within education, EdTech, or a related sector
  • Strong project management and organisation skills with experience running structured campaigns
  • Proven ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills; culturally aware and collaborative
  • Confident in fast-moving, evolving environments where structure needs to be built
  • Data-driven, with a mindset for listening, learning and improving comms strategy over time
