People Dancing is looking for a Digital and Communications Lead to support independent dance artists through effective digital engagement and communications. This part-time role involves managing social channels, enhancing visual impact, and contributing to the organisation's mission of fostering creativity in diverse contexts.

This is one of two, new part-time roles that we are currently recruiting – the other being the Artists Programme Producer role.
These new roles will help us better support our expanding artists community and future plans.This role will lead on digital engagement and communications to deliver our mission to support a sustainable environment for independent dance artists; enabling them to make high quality, thoughtful and pioneering dance for diverse contexts at home and internationally.

This role is for someone with a creative approach to shaping our digital communications and managing the systems that support these. You will bring a passion for utilising our existing platforms and an eye for implementing new approaches. You will manage and innovate our social and communication channels and your influence will improve the visual impact of everything we produce.
The role is based on 3 days / 21 hours a week and there is the potential for flexibility in this with the potential for the total annual hours to be worked in a configuration that suits the organisation and the post-holder, enabling them to have concentrated periods to undertake other work or projects outwith The Work Room.
