Qualifications

• Expertise in data analysis using Excel/Power BI and translating insights into commercial value.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems and data governance.
• Process mapping and automation mindset.
• Manufacturing or Engineering background preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma or digital transformation exposure.
• Understanding of data governance and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end enquiry-to-order process for Dry Gas Seal products.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards enabling real-time performance tracking.
• Lead data governance and improve data quality across datasets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering and Operations to align tools and data flows.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve cycle times.
