As the Digital Commerce Lead, you will oversee all aspects of online retail performance, from platform optimisation to advertising campaigns. You will manage a busy and growing e-commerce environment, working closely with a 4-person marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the optimisation and day-to-day operations of the company's Shopify store.
Manage product listings, pricing, catalog structure, and promotional assets.
Plan and execute performance marketing across Google, Meta, and email channels.
Utilise SEO, PPC, and keyword strategy to enhance visibility and search rankings.
Monitor performance metrics including traffic, conversions, and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
Align digital content and messaging across the website, banners, product pages, and promotional campaigns.
Maintain accuracy of all digital assets including offers, imagery, and product information.
Deliver actionable insights from consumer and competitor research.
Oversee digital content tools and apps used for trading and content management.
3+ years' experience in an e-commerce or digital sales environment.
Proven track record in direct-to-consumer online retail.
Strong grasp of digital acquisition strategies and performance tracking.
Commercial understanding of online sales funnels and revenue levers.
Familiarity with Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing tools.
Degree in Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
