Digital Commerce Associate Director - Global Marketing Agency - London/Hybrid - Up to £55k

The Company
A leading global marketing agency, known for driving digital and commerce transformation for blue-chip brands. With a presence across Europe, the Americas, and Asia, the agency delivers connected commerce strategies that deliver growth. Now part of a major global network, they continue to expand their digital commerce offering-most recently winning a global ecommerce FMCG brand.

The Role
As Digital Commerce Associate Director, you'll lead the development and execution of ecommerce strategies across global markets. You'll work with internal teams and client stakeholders to drive performance across key channels including eGrocery, Pureplay, and Q-commerce. Using data, insights, and emerging tech, you'll shape go-to-market plans and ensure global-to-local alignment.

This is a strategic, client-facing role focused on performance, innovation, and commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead digital commerce strategy across multiple markets and platforms

  • Translate data and digital shelf insights into clear, actionable recommendations

  • Collaborate with global and local teams to implement best-in-class ecommerce solutions

  • Manage delivery across key accounts, ensuring timelines and outputs are met
