Job description

Do you have experience of using digital technologies within a School or College? Do you want to share your knowledge and skills to support other teachers or staff within an education setting?

Primary Goal have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and self-motivated Digital Coach/Trainer who is passionate about supporting apprentices on their learning journey through our Digital Champions programme. (https://primarygoal.ac.uk/our-courses/level-3-digital-champion-education/)

The successful applicant will be supporting Teachers and School Staff throughout their apprenticeship to achieve digital transformation within their workplaces.

Essential knowledge & skills:

• Experience of being a teacher within an educational setting (Schools and Colleges).
• Teaching, coaching or training experience.
• A passion for education.
• Demonstrable knowledge or practical experience of digital transformation in schools or businesses.
• Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to work to targets and deadlines.
• Experience in offering information, advice and guidance.
• A keen eye for detail with a focus on quality and compliance.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with learners, employers and colleagues.

Desirable knowledge & skills:

• Coaching/Assessor/Teaching qualification(s).
• Technical qualification(s).
• An understanding of apprenticeship standards
• Experience of usingdigitalapplications in a school settingsuch as A.I tools, automation, productivitysoftware and teaching, assessment and school support/MIS applications.

Salary Band: £35,000-£40,000 dependant on experience
