A leading sports organization seeks an individual to enhance relationships with clubs and manage digital media strategies. This includes overseeing communications and driving collaboration to optimize engagement. Ideal candidates will have strong relationship management skills, creativity, and a background in digital marketing. This role is pivotal in enhancing the Premier League's engagement strategies across multiple stakeholders.
The Premier League’s Digital Media business plays a vital role in helping grow the global reach of our competition, driving acquisition and increasing engagement among football and sports fans, in order to act as a meaningful global promotional vehicle for our member Clubs, broadcast licensees and commercial brand partners.
The Premier League’s Digital Media & Audience Development team aims to drive significant growth in audience reach and engagement across an earned, operated, owned and direct set of audiences.
To ensure successful delivery of our strategy, coordination, collaboration and relationship management with our 20 Clubs is essential. This exciting new role will drive those relationships, continuing to ensure Clubs remain aware of the opportunities made available to them and how best to activate them.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of digital strategies, including marketing strategies deployed across owned channels using databases (via direct means). In addition, someone who thrives in managing relationships and driving meaningful collaborations via partnerships would be preferred.
This role will report into the Head of Partnerships & Distribution, and work closely with the rest of the Digital Media team and across the broader business, to understand the Premier League’s opportunities for growth, and support on turning those opportunities into reality.
Our commitment to safeguarding includes implementing robust safer recruitment procedures to assess the suitability of individuals applying for roles that involve work with children and adults who are or may be at risk of harm.
We will remove barriers that prospective candidates might face at any stage of our recruitment process. If you have a disability and would like the advert in an alternative format, or would like to talk about how we can adjust the interview process to best support you, please contact recruitment@premierleague.com
