We are looking for a Digital Clinical Safety Officer to play a pivotal role in ensuring our software solutions meet the highest standards of safety and compliance. What You’ll Do:

  • Clinical Risk Management: Implement and maintain a risk management system to ensure safety in healthcare settings.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Governance: Ensure products meet standards like DCB 0129 and ISO27001.
  • Incident Management: Lead root cause analyses and corrective actions to reduce incidents.
  • Collaboration with Product & Engineering Teams: Integrate clinical safety into product development, conduct safety reviews, and analyze usage data.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Training: Educate teams, liaise with regulatory bodies, and work with healthcare organisations.
  • Caldicott Guardian Responsibilities: Uphold data protection and patient confidentiality.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Professional Clinical Registration: Active registration with NMC, GMC, GPhC, HCPC, or equivalent.
  • Clinical Expertise in Medicines Management: Experience with care homes, pharmacies, CCGs, and health authorities.
  • Risk Management Skills: Ability to identify/manage hazards, oversee safety cases, and maintain hazard logs.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge: Experience in CQC-regulated environments and digital health safety regulations.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to lead safety initiatives and drive digital transformation.
  • Training & Communication: Skilled in educating teams and engaging stakeholders.
