Job description

The M25 is one of our Flagship projects in the UK! It is the most used part of the UK Strategic Road Network with it seeing over , vehicles per day and its a critical infrastructure asset for personal and goods vehicles into and around our capital. The network includes around structures and 5 tunnels, so it requires high levels of performance, constant improvement and repairs to keep it operating smoothly.

Weve formed a Joint Venture project called Connect Plus Services (CPS) to work with our partners to widen, operate and maintain the M25 under a 30-year contract and we are looking for a Digital Change Manager to play a key role in the delivery of items in the Digital Transformation of the M25 DBFO being instrumental in the delivery of business change, communications, engagement, and training for a complex portfolio of digital changes. Day to day leadership of key Project Managers, who are managing each of the individual initiatives ensuring that they are delivering, and most importantly embedding, change projects.

Key responsibilities:

  • Delivery of business change for Digital / Technology portfolio
  • Development of a business change methodology, including development of key artefacts
  • Capture business change impacts, providing measurement and identifying plans to mitigate these impacts
  • Regular updates on progress made and status reporting to the Digital Delivery Lead, and Head of Digital and Data
  • Supporting the capture, measurement and tracking of key portfolio benefits in conjunction with the Finance team and ensuring that these are driven through to realisation
  • Supporting key governance forums, such as the CPS Change Board and providing regular contributions to the Digital Delivery meeting
  • Supplying portfolio finances and benefits identification and delivery
  • Identification, reporting and tracking of business change risks, issues, and dependencies. Escalating as required
