A bit about the job

We’re looking for a Digital Change Consultant to help shape and deliver our SME digital trading proposition. You’ll join our Commercial Digital team, supporting over £450m in gross written premium. Your role will focus on identifying opportunities and delivering change that improves customer experience and operational efficiency. You’ll work across teams to ensure our digital systems are intuitive, effective, and aligned with our strategy. This is a role where your decisions will have a real impact on our customers and our business.

Skills and experience we’re looking for
  • Change management experience and qualifications would be desirable
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and digital journeys
  • Ability to analyse data and identify improvement opportunities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
