The Team

The Digital Service team offer targeted casework in the Southeast, Northwest and East Midlands as well as in East Anglia and the West Midlands. In 2024/2025 30% of referrals to akt were for our Digital Service, making it our second biggest team after London. In addition, Northwest referrals increased from 23% to 27% of the total number of young people we supported in 2024/2025 (these referrals were split between the Manchester team covering Greater Manchester and this role covering the other areas in Noth West).
