Digital Care Record System Lead

(Direct Services, South Tyneside)

£32,654 per annum

Fixed Term for 12 months

Job Overview

South Tyneside Council's Adult Social Care & Commissioning (ASC & C) Directorate seeks an enthusiastic and innovative individual to lead the implementation and delivery of the Digital Care Record (DCR) programme across a range of adult social care services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead pre-implementation planning for the DCR rollout.
  2. Oversee the implementation and go-live of the DCR system.
  3. Manage post go-live evaluation and quality assurance to embed the DCR programme into practice.
  4. Work collaboratively with adult social care teams and the DCR software provider to configure and support the software according to service requirements.
  5. Ensure effective communication and foster inclusive relationships to deliver the programme successfully.
  6. Provide technical support, advice, and guidance to users, demonstrating confidence in working with and configuring software.
  7. Travel to various locations across the Borough as required for programme delivery.
