A leading government department in the UK is seeking an Associate Digital Performance & Planning Manager. In this role, you will leverage your skills in data analysis and stakeholder management to enhance digital performance strategies. As an Associate Digital Performance & Planning Manager, you will collaborate in researching, organizing, and analyzing data and information. You will assist in designing and implementing a Workforce plan, helping to identify demand and monitor recruitment (supply) against demand within budget. You will support the design of Performance Dashboards, Scorecards, and Data Visualisations that help teams better understand their work. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with relevant policies, such as compulsory training, accessibility accommodations, health and safety improvements, and the efficient use of IT equipment.
