Job summary

School of Coding & AI is seeking a Digital Business Management Lecturer for the Telford-based programme developed in partnership with Harper Adams University. You will deliver undergraduate and foundation year modules, designing materials, assessing and supporting students to achieve strong outcomes.

You’ll integrate current industry trends and AI applications, contributing to curriculum development and providing timely feedback to learners in a collaborative academic team.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Digital Business, Business Management or related discipline.
• Industry experience in digital business or related field.
• Experience teaching, training or coaching in academic or professional settings.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching across undergraduate and foundation year Digital Business Management modules.
• Design and update learning materials, lesson plans, assessments and resources.
• Lead engaging lectures, tutorials and blended learning activities.
• Incorporate AI applications and industry trends into teaching.
