Job summary
Chichester College Group is seeking an Associate Lecturer to lead AI, automation and digital transformation teaching across new programmes. You will inspire managers, professionals and apprentices to understand and apply AI to drive performance and informed decision-making.
You will deliver high-quality teaching, create engaging materials and help learners identify workplace AI opportunities, while staying current on industry developments and best practices.
Qualifications
- Relevant industrial or commercial experience in AI, Automation, Digital Transformation, Business Improvement or related field.
- Understanding of AI tools, technologies and applications.
- Understanding of safeguarding and inclusive learning practices.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across AI Leadership and AI & Automation programmes.
- Develop engaging learning materials, workshops and practical activities focused on AI adoption, automation and digital transformation.
- Support learners to identify opportunities for AI and automation within their workplace and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI technologies, industry developments and best practice, ensuring curriculum content remains current and relevant.
