Inspired Thinking Group is seeking a Digital Business Analyst to join our Digital Engineering team in the UK. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive requirements, shape acceptance criteria, and ensure delivery against business outcomes.

You'll work in an agile, fast-paced environment, partner with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Solution Architects, and QA analysts, and contribute across the full development lifecycle from discovery to UAT.

Qualifications

• Experience working in an Agile environment and fast-paced delivery.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Understanding of APIs and message structures.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a cross-functional product team including BA, Scrum Master, Solution Architect, developers and QA analysts.
• Contribute to enterprise-grade web-based projects alongside external client stakeholders.
• Engage across the full development lifecycle from requirements to UAT.

• Our Digital Engineering team at ITG are responsible for building world class, enterprise grade digital applications for high profile brands

• Joining the Digital Engineering function would see you work as part of a cross-functional, product style team, generally consisting of a Business Analyst, Scrum Master / Project Manager, Solution Architect, Lead Developers (FE and BE), Developers, and Testers (Manual and Automated)
• Projects that you will work on are enterprise grade web-based solutions that will see you work alongside developers, QA testers and external client stakeholders
• Our Business Analysts are unique in that rather than handing over to PMs after requirements definition, you will have the opportunity to work across the entire development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and acceptance criteria creation through to development and UAT

• Demonstrable experience of working as a Digital Business Analyst in current or previous roles
• You are someone who finds a way to always get the job done and deliver!

• You should have digitally savvy with prior experience in web/mobile applications
