Your role:
Join our Digital Transformation Team and help drive innovation across the council. You'll lead and support digital projects that improve public services through technology, working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities, gather requirements, and deliver impactful solutions. Your role includes business analysis, system design, procurement support, and documentation. You'll facilitate workshops, manage user testing, and ensure benefits are realised. A strong communicator and team player, you'll thrive in an agile environment, collaborating across departments to deliver strategic digital priorities. About you:
The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of digital transformation, business and systems analysis, and understanding of project management.
They'll have an awareness of agile practices, version control, and service design principles, with experience of delivery in fast-paced environments.
They'll be a confident communicator, skilled in stakeholder engagement, report writing, and problem-solving. A collaborative team player, they'll bring energy, initiative, and a customer-focused mindset. Strong analytical thinking, a drive for quality, and a commitment to equality and diversity are key.
Experience in digital innovation and the ability to translate analysis into actionable design is highly valued.
