Job summary

Arup is seeking a Digital Business Analyst in Newcastle to join a global delivery team. The role reports to the Head of Delivery and involves engaging with Delivery Managers, Architects, and Business Change teams to drive value across a prioritised project portfolio.

You will participate in workshops, elicit requirements, and contribute to continuous improvement while supporting Arup's five-year strategy through enterprise-wide transformation.

The Business Analyst will work within a global delivery team, partnering closely with Delivery Managers, Architects, Project and Portfolio Management teams, project support teams, and Business Change teams, reporting to the Head of Delivery.

Is this role right for you?
  • Experienced in working on projects with highly satisfied sponsors and end users, having achieved tangible results and business outcomes, leading to value creation and benefits realisation
  • Capable of articulating the value of business analysis when engaging with stakeholders, and calling upon a range of business analysis techniques when eliciting requirements
  • Experience working with different delivery methodologies, with a focus on agile and iterative value creation in a user-centred design environment
  • Proven track record in software product development, data or automation projects in a cloud-oriented, secure, global landscape
  • Experience working with diverse teams across several global locations, time zones or cultural backgrounds
