Job summary

Arup in Solihull, West Midlands invites a Digital Business Analyst to join a global delivery team reporting to the Head of Delivery. You will collaborate with Delivery Managers, Architects, PM and Project Support teams on a prioritised portfolio of projects.

The role offers exposure to enterprise-wide transformation, agile and user-centred design, and opportunities to contribute to Arup's strategy while benefiting from a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in working on projects with agile and iterative value creation in a user-centred design environment.
• Proven ability to articulate value of business analysis to stakeholders.
• Experience in software product development, data or automation projects in a cloud-oriented, global landscape.

Is this role right for you?

• Experienced in working on projects with highly satisfied sponsors and end users, having achieved tangible results and business outcomes, leading to value creation and benefits realisation
• Capable of articulating the value of business analysis when engaging with stakeholders, and calling upon a range of business analysis techniques when eliciting requirements
• Experience working with different delivery methodologies, with a focus on agile and iterative value creation in a user‑centred design environment
• Proven track record in software product development, data or automation projects in a cloud‑oriented, secure, global landscape
• Experience working with diverse teams across several global locations, time zones or cultural backgrounds
