Digital Business Analyst

Location: Leicester (hybrid working)

Bellrock Group is seeking a Digital Business Analyst to support the Digital Delivery team. The role involves conducting high-quality analysis, engaging stakeholders, and shaping solutions aligned with strategic goals. You will contribute to Bellrock's digital transformation initiatives by translating business needs into actionable requirements and supporting solution implementation that delivers measurable value. Collaboration across departments is essential to understand challenges, clarify requirements, and ensure digital solutions meet organizational needs.

Key responsibilities:
  • Conduct business analysis activities across digital projects, including discovery, requirements gathering, and solution validation.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and opportunities, translating them into prioritized requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and other engagement methods to elicit and validate business needs.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, and Technical Leads to ensure solutions are feasible and aligned with business goals.
  • Support user-centered design and data-driven decision-making across digital initiatives.
  • Ensure traceability of requirements through to delivery and assist with change control processes.
Skills & experience:
  • Recognized qualification in Business Analysis (e.g., BCS, IIBA) or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of digital delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Proven leadership ability in managing and developing a team of Business Analysts.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience in delivering digital transformation projects and working with modern platforms and technologies.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for solving problems and delivering value.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • This is a hybrid role based in Leicester, with occasional travel across the UK and Ireland.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Confidence in engaging with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients at all levels.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a calm approach under pressure.
  • Strong judgment and ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
  • High level of integrity and emotional intelligence.

Working arrangements:

We embrace smarter working practices, offering flexible and remote working where roles and business needs allow. The successful candidate will work from the Leicester office two days a week and remotely for the rest of the week. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with an hour for lunch.
