Job summary

Sanderson Design Group in Lancaster is seeking a skilled Digital Bulk Colourist to join the Digital team at Standfast & Barracks. You will operate as a fully trained Colourist, matching colours accurately and maintaining shade standards while supporting efficient workflow on 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00 shifts.

The role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of digital colouration processes, and good communication with Design and production teams. Equality of opportunity is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Maths & English – minimum Grade C or equivalent.
• Computer literate with CAD/Photoshop experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a Colourist within the Digital Bulk Colouration area.
• Maintain shade standards and colour continuity records.
• Communicate effectively with Design regarding artwork requirements and job allocation.
