Your Mission

Are you passionate about technology? Do you enjoy taking complex technical content and transforming it into engaging and interactive learning experiences? If so, we’d love to have you on our global team! We are a team responsible for creating and delivering technical training for learners all over the world. In this role, you’ll work with the Software and Services team to develop and execute a global training plan in coordination with the local country Field Service Representatives (FSR) and Trainer populations. You’ll create digital and classroom training content to support global launches and work directly with local country teams to support their localization and deployment. You’ll also be responsible for delivering training content in person or virtually as needed.

The ideal candidate is well-versed in the Field Services persona, and previous experience with Schneider Electric portfolio (EcoStruxture Building Operation, Building Advisor, PMO/PME) is preferred. The candidate also has experience creating and managing a project plan and experience with delivering training is a plus. We have multiple training initiatives running in parallel, so you must be comfortable working in an Agile environment and have experience managing and prioritizing your projects.

  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and key stakeholders to identify the global training needs for the FSR persona
  • Collaborate with the local countries to compliment the entire learning experience for the Field Service Representatives
  • Deliver training to participants either virtually or in-person
About You
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree of Electrical engineering
  • Extensive experience with Field Service
  • Experience with Building Management Systems, including EBO and PME
  • Experience creating project plans and reporting said plans to management
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills, be able to perform in a global team environment, collaborate with others, handle multiple projects, be flexible with change, and meet deadlines
