  • Data Management: Champion data integrity by promoting accurate and timely data entry, maintenance, and reporting across all digital broking systems.
  • Training and Support: Deliver training and ongoing support to platform users, proactively addressing issues and promoting best practices to maximise adoption and effectiveness.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all digital broking activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies, identifying and mitigating operational risks.

  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing digital processes and data.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage activity across multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Business Change: Experience implementing business and process change in a dynamic and complex organisational context.

Culture and Conduct:

  • Role model the Firm’s purpose, strengths, commitments, and culture.
  • Ensure actions and behaviours are in line with the relevant Conduct rules.
