Join our communications team as a Digital and Branding Lead:

  • Define and lead QRT’s digital strategy across all external channels, including the corporate website and social media platforms.
  • Oversee the corporate website and external social media presence, ensuring content reflects our culture, strategy, and priorities.
  • Develop targeted, original content in collaboration with the Global Head of Communications, tailored to key audiences such as investors, prospective hires, and employees.
  • Ensure clear, consistent, and compelling messaging that resonates across diverse audiences while upholding QRT’s brand integrity.
  • Monitor digital performance and engagement metrics, improve SEO, and raise QRT’s profile on platforms such as LinkedIn and Glassdoor.
  • Analyze campaign and audience data to inform content strategies and optimize targeting by region and demographic.
  • Safeguard brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, aligning tone, visual identity, and messaging.
  • Support employer branding and internal brand culture initiatives.
  • Contribute to media monitoring, press activity, and the development of crisis communication strategies.
  • Take on additional digital and communications initiatives as required.

Your present skillset:

  • Degree educated in communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 8+ years’ experience in digital communications, ideally within financial services or a supporting agency.
  • Skilled in content management, social media (LinkedIn, WeChat, Red), and audience engagement.
  • Proficient with CMS platforms, SEO/SEM, analytics, and media monitoring tools.
  • Awareness of reputational and regulatory considerations in digital communications.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Culturally aware, able to tailor messaging across global audiences.
  • Organized, collaborative, and proactive, with strong project management skills.
  • Role to be based in London or Paris.
