Digital Account Manager - Independent Media Agency - London (Hybrid) - Up to 45k

The Role
As a Digital Account Manager within the Client Planning team, you'll take the lead on paid search activation while working across display, video, and paid social. You'll manage large budgets (up to £20 million) across key accounts and play a crucial role in performance delivery and client satisfaction. Reporting to an Account Director, you'll also mentor an Account Executive and get involved in new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end management of paid search campaigns (Google Ads) and wider digital channels

  • Optimisation, monitoring, and reporting on campaign performance

  • Day-to-day communication with clients and internal teams

  • Line management of an Account Executive, ensuring their development and success

  • Contributing to new business pitches and strategy sessions

About You:

  • Expertise in paid search activation (Google Ads)

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills (Google Analytics, tracking tools)

  • Ability to manage budgets and deliver strong performance

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
