Job Title: Digital Automation Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and versatile professional with expertise in UX Design, Digital Marketing, Full Stack Development, and Mobile Application Development. The ideal candidate will also have experience in AI and ERP automation, contributing to the development and enhancement of our digital platforms.

Role Type: 1 Year FT Permanent

Job Type: 5 Day in Office

Reporting to: SSO, System Support Officer

Key Responsibilities:

1. UX Design:
   1. Conduct user research and create user personas to enhance customer experience.
   2. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups for web and mobile applications.
   3. Implement UI/UX best practices to improve usability and engagement.
   4. Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
2. Digital Marketing:
   1. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
   2. Analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
   3. Optimize content for search engines and user engagement.
   4. Develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
3. Mobile Application Development:
   1. Develop and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
   2. Work with frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or Swift/Kotlin.
   3. Ensure app performance, security, and user experience optimization.
   4. Integrate mobile applications with back-end services and third-party APIs.
4. AI Experience (Preferred):
   1. Leverage AI/ML for improving user experience and personalization.
   2. Implement chatbots, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics.
   3. Work with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenAI APIs.
5. ERP System Automation:
   1. Develop and automate ERP workflows for seamless business operations.
   2. Integrate ERP systems with third-party applications.
   3. Optimize processes through robotic process automation (RPA) and AI-driven solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
2. Strong knowledge of UX/UI principles and tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
3. Proficiency in front-end and back-end development.
4. Experience with SEO, digital marketing strategies, and campaign management.
5. Knowledge of AI/ML technologies and ERP automation (preferred).
6. Experience in mobile application development for iOS and Android.
7. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in Agile development methodologies.
2. Hands-on experience with automation tools for ERP systems.
3. Certification in UX, Digital Marketing, AI, Full Stack Development, or Mobile Development.
