Soteria Cyber & Digital in Reading, UK, seeks a Digital and Technical Assurance Lead to shape assurance on a major international defence programme. The role covers design through test, delivering evidence-based feedback to senior leadership.

You will build a lasting digital assurance capability, own the strategy, and establish the baseline for ongoing maturity. Engage across delivery, engineering and security stakeholders in a senior, influential capacity.

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital or technical assurance on complex programmes.
• Proven ability to develop assurance strategies and plans.
• Credibility across digital and cyber domains, with relevant certifications.
• Comfort challenging senior technical stakeholders at formal reviews.
• Strong technical writing and baseline documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and mature the client's digital assurance capability.
• Own the programme's assurance strategy and plan.
• Lead assurance across design reviews and test events.
• Produce strategic baseline documentation for the client.
• Collaborate with delivery, engineering and security teams with a consistent stance.
