Job summary

Major Players is seeking a Digital Assistant Producer to join our fast-paced in-house team in West London. You will own digital projects end to end and drive them from brief through to live delivery, with support from a Producer and exposure to a Digital Junior Project Manager level.

Based in West London, this contract role runs to Friday 18th December, with strong potential to extend into 2027 for the right person.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of digital production processes across display ads, paid social, and online video.
• Experience with third-party ad servers or banner platforms such as Double Click or Innovid would be advantageous.
• Strong core project management, with the ability to manage stakeholders and internal teams.
• Excellent organisation and communication, able to juggle multiple projects without losing the detail.

Digital Assistant Producer

West London | £200-250 day rate | Contract to Friday 18th December, with strong potential to extend into 2027

Are you a digital producer who thrives on turning a brief into brilliant, on-time delivery? We're looking for a Digital Assistant Producer to join a fast-paced in-house team, owning digital projects end to end and playing a key role in how great creative work gets made.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of digital projects from brief through to final delivery, working on smaller-scale campaigns with the support of a Producer alongside you. Externally, this role is often known as a Digital Junior Project Manager. Day to day, you’ll be juggling multiple projects at once, building and maintaining timelines, briefing internal teams, coordinating feedback and amends, and keeping everything moving smoothly through to delivery. This is a genuinely stakeholder-facing role with limited account management support, so you’ll need to be confident, organised and comfortable being the person in the room who keeps things on track.

What You’ll Bring

• A solid understanding of digital production processes, ideally with experience across digital display/banner advertising, paid social (static and video), and online video such as YouTube
• Exposure to paid search is a bonus, though not essential
• Experience with third-party ad-serving or banner platforms such as Double Click or Innovid (formerly Flash talking) would be a strong advantage
• Strong core project management skills, with the confidence to manage both stakeholders and internal teams
• Excellent organisation and communication, with the ability to juggle multiple projects without losing sight of the detail

The Details

Based in West London, with three days a week in the office (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday). This is a contract role running to Friday 18th December, with a strong chance of extending into 2027 for the right person.
