Job summary

Optiver in London is seeking a Digital Assets Strategy & Business Development professional to join the UK Corporate Strategy team. You will lead strategy and commercial development across the digital assets footprint, partnering with trading, technology, research and control functions, as well as exchanges, regulators and custodians.

You will build and maintain relationships, identify opportunities, and own end-to-end integration of new initiatives from proposal to live trading.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in corporate strategy or related commercial roles.
• Knowledge of traditional markets and digital assets convergence.
• Experience structuring complex partnerships and building senior relationships.
• Ability to turn analysis into actionable recommendations.
• High integrity and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through rigorous analysis.
• Lead commercial structuring and negotiation for new products and partnerships.
• Support strategy initiatives aligned with Optiver's UK and global priorities.
• Prepare strategy papers and leadership materials for discussions.
• Represent Optiver externally and build relationships with regulators and venues.
