Support compliance, reporting, and cross-functional projects

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital assets trading, research, or investment
In-depth knowledge of DeFi, NFTs, and smart contracts
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; Python/SQL skills an advantage
Fluent English with strong cross-cultural communication skills
Able to work independently with attention to detail and agility

Preferred qualities:
Background in quantitative trading, hedge funds, or portfolio management
Familiarity with Web3 sectors such as DAOs or GameFi
Experience in global teams or startup environments
