Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a BTB Risk & Controls Manager for Digital Assets within the Chief Controls Office (CCO). Hybrid role across major UK sites, leading risk and control activity and shaping governance from the outset.

You will design end-to-end control frameworks, identify and translate risks into effective controls, and partner with delivery teams to embed control-by-design throughout change lifecycles. Strong data skills and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial understanding of non-financial risk, control management, operational risk or governance activities.
• Ability to analyse information, evaluate options and make sound recommendations.
• Managing relationships with senior leaders across functions.
• Experience in change, transformation, product development or delivery environments.
• Clear, concise governance documentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk and control activity across Digital Assets initiatives and provide practical insight.
• Design end-to-end control frameworks for products, services and customer journeys.
• Identify operational, conduct, financial and regulatory risks and translate them into controls and monitoring.
• Partner with programme and delivery teams to embed control-by-design through change lifecycles.
• Use data and analytics to identify trends and strengthen decision-making.
• Prepare governance materials and communicate complex risk matters to senior leaders.
